Ingredients:
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links or hot Italian sausages
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
Pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (20 oz.) can red pear tomatoes
2 (7 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) container ricotta cheese
3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
14 lasagna noodles
1 egg
6 whole mushroom, slice
Methods/steps:
Sauté garlic, sugar, and salt. Add Italian sausage,mushroom and ground beef and brown. Add basil, fennel, pepper, tomatoes, paste, and simmer sauce for at least 25 - 30 minutes, until sauce thickens. Boil noodles and drain. Mix together in a bowl: ricotta cheese, egg, and parsley, if thick ad a little milk. Set aside. Layers: Sauce to cover bottom of pan, 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 ricotta, sauce, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

1 cup flat beer
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
Methods/steps
Put beer, butter, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast in a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting, and press “Start”. Remove dough from bread machine when cycle is complete. Roll or press dough to cover a prepared pizza pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread sauce and toppings on top of dough. Bake until crust is lightly brown and crispy on the outside, about 30 minutes.

2 1/2 lbs. Beef chuck roast, boneless
2 cups hot
1 cube beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. Ground allspice
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Methods/steps
Simmer onion until tender in 2 tablespoons water in heavy, deep skillet. Add roast to skillet; brown on sides. Combine beef bouillon cube with 2 cups hot water; stir until dissolved. Combine orange juice, allspice, pepper, and beef broth. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer, about 2 hours.

Metode / langkah
Cuci sayap, keringkan dan tempatkan dalam kantong plastik makanan besar ditutup kembali. Dalam mangkuk kecil, campurkan tequila, jus jeruk konsentrat, perasan air jeruk lemon, jus lemon, bawang putih, jintan, lada hitam, garam,madu dan cilantro. Tuang bumbu di atas sayap . Beberapa Seal tas dan dinginkan 2jam atau semalam. Siapkan api arang media-panas atau pra-panas grill gas untuk menengah-tinggi. Tiriskan sayap, dan buang rendaman. Panggang sayap, balik sering, sampai sedikit hangus dan matang seluruhnya, sekitar 25 menit. Untuk panggang: Panaskan oven sampai 375 derajat dan panggang di cookie sheet selama 40 menit, balik sekali setelah 20 menit, atau sampai coklat.

1/4 tsp. almond extract
FILLING
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 large apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup apricot preserves, melted
Methods/steps
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter; beat on low speed until well blended. Beat in 1 egg and 1/4 tsp almond extract to form crumbs. Press crumb mixture in bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of ungreased 9-inch spring form pan. Sprinkle with raisins and almonds. Arrange apple slices over raisins and almonds in desired pattern. In medium bowl, dissolve cornstarch in milk. Add lemon juice, vanilla, 1/4 tsp almond extract, yogurt and 1 beaten egg; blend well. Pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool 30 minutes, remove sides of pan. Brush preserves over apples. Refrigerate any remaining tart.

* 1 cup hot water
* 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
* 2 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
* 1 (14 oz,) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and quartered.
* 1/2 cup chopped green onions
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1/3 cup dry red wine
* 1,5 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 3 tbsp. olive oil
* 2 cups milk
* 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Methods/steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. In small bowl, combine water, tomatoes and bouillon; let stand 15 minutes. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook onions, artichokes and garlic in wine until tender, about 3 minutes; remove mixture from skillet. In same skillet, over medium-high heat, brown chicken and basil in oil. Add tomato and artichoke mixtures; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir together milk and cornstarch; stir into chicken mixture.

* 1 10 oz. pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
* 1/4 cup prepared pesto
* 8 tbsp. ricotta cheese
* 1 1/2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (scant 1/2 cup)
* 1 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
* 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cut into bite-size pieces
* 2 tsp. grated Parmesan/Romano mixture
* 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil Parsley sprigs for garnish
Methods/steps
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll pizza dough and place on greased baking sheet. Layer pesto, cheeses, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken breast pieces in middle of dough. Lift one edge of dough and stretch over the filling to form a half-moon. Seal edges by pressing with tines of fork or pizza wheel, and make a fluted edge around the seal.
2. Prick top with fork to allow steam to escape. Brush with olive oil. Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Slow Cooked Spaghetti Sauce

* 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
* 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1 small onion, sliced
* 1 medium green peppers, cut into strips
* 1 (28 ounce) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
* 1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Methods/steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage and cayenne pepper for about 5 minutes. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Transfer to your crock-pot and add onion and green peppers. Pour spaghetti sauce on top.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and cook 2-3 hours longer.
4. Serve over spaghetti.

* 1/2 c. egg substitute
* 1/2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
* 1/2 can tomato paste
* 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 small onion, minced
* 2 tbsp. light butter
* 1 tbsp. garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
In a large bowl combine the beef, egg substitute, crumbs, paste and Parmesan. In a small saucepan, saute the onion in the butter with the garlic powder until translucent. Add to the beef mixture and combine well. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ketchup if desired.

In a bowl, mix the sausages, egg, crumbs, milk and sage; stir well. Shape into 1-in. balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until centers of meatballs are no longer pink.

Methods/steps
Combine flour, baking powder in large mixing bowl, add warm water in small amounts and knead dough until soft but not sticky. Cover bowl and let stand for about 15 minutes. Pull of large egg-sized balls of dough and roll out into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Punch hole in center of each round, piercing several times with fork to allow dough to puff; in heavy skillet fry rounds in peanut oil until bubbles appear on dough. Turn over and fry on the other side until golden brown. Top with your favorite toppings.

Mix into sugar mixture in small portions. Mix in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Drop spoonful of batter onto baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool for at least 5 minutes. Icing: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and orange extract with a electrical mixer. Transfer to a pastry bag or Ziploc bag. Cut tip of bag with scissor by 1/2 millimeter. 1. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
2. Flour sea bass, roll in egg wash and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
3.Sauté fish over medium heat until golden brown.
4. Finish cooking fish in oven until desired temperature.
5. Place warm rice on plate with navy beans around the rice. Place fish atop rice; sauce with demi-glace and Thai sauce. Garnish with leeks and lemon.

2-3 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 1/2-4 lb pinggang iga sapi
Metode / langkah
Dalam mangkuk besar campurkan saus bulldog,saus sambal, cuka, gula merah, bubuk kari, saus Worcestershire, garam hickory-rasa, merica, dan bawang putih. Cover; diamkan pada suhu kamar 30 menit atau mendinginkan sampai 3 hari.
Dalam panggangan dengan mencakup mengatur bara panas di sekitar wajan tetes. Uji api sedang di atas wajan. Tempat rusuk, sisi lemak atas, pada rak grill di atas loyang menetes tetapi tidak lebih dari bara. 1 cangkir daun mint segar cincang

1 sdm. saus cabai manis
1 / 2 cangkir gula putih
1 1 / 2 £ (1 inci tebal) fillet steak
1 daun selada kepala - dicuci, dikeringkan dan robek-potong seukuran gigitan
1 / 2 mentimun jepang/kyuri , potong dadu
1 pt. tomat ceri
Metode / langkah
Dalam mangkuk besar, aduk bersama bawang, serai, ketumbar, daun mint, lime juice, kecap ikan, saus cabai, dan gula sampai tercampur rata dan gula larut. Sesuaikan rasa, dengan menambahkan gula lebih banyak dan / atau saus ikan. Sisihkan. Masak steak dengan panas tinggi pada grill sudah dipanaskan selama kurang lebih 4-6 menit di setiap sisi, sampai matang menengah. Jangan terlalu lama daging! Hapus dari panas dan iris ke dalam potongan tipis. Tambahkan daging dan jus untuk saus dan dinginkan di kulkas, rapat tertutup, untuk minimal 3 jam. Merobek selada potong ukuran gigitan dan tempat dalam mangkuk salad. Susun timun di atas selada, dan kemudian tuangkan daging dan saus atas mereka, atas dengan tomat ceri dan hiasi dengan daun ketumbar segar.
